A journey to the Wonder of Asia

Sri Lanka is a country with a name that sounds like a waterfall falling from a lush mountainside. You experience the fineness of a cup of exquisite Ceylon Tea, the rhythm of an ancient drumming, the shine of a sapphire, and the spice of a delicious curry. Like a market bazaar, the name is as vibrant as the region itself. It will seem as mysterious to you as a chant and magnificent as a fire walker with skewers.

Most of the history can be explored on this resplendent island in just one day's travel if you want to. Because it is a tiny island blessed with beautiful & diverse landscapes. With a number of wildlife and national parks, you can see wild elephants, leopards and other wild ones roaming through primitive woods.

You will see amazing ruins that bear evidence to once-great civilizations. Large rural areas show a diversified race of people who are just more devoted to their various religions than they are to the land. Western technology and advancement are placed well on this traditional Asian city, Colombo's urban center. In contrast, guests can enjoy unspoiled sands and luxurious amenities at contemporary city hotels and beach resorts.

The range of experiences that Sri Lanka has to offer may be found in very few places on Earth, if any. The overall area of the little island is 65,610 km2 (25,332 mi2), and its complete shoreline is 1,340 km (832.6 mi).

Did you know that it is somewhat smaller than Ireland and slightly bigger than the American state; West Virginia? Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon, is the ideal travel destination because of its compactness. The country's extensive road and rail system, together with the range of lodging choices, will accommodate travelers of all tastes and budgets.

The country actually transforms into a traveler's paradise and a serendipitous delight when the kind hospitality of the Sri Lankan people is added, making it "So Sri Lanka" and the "Wonder of Asia".

It is an experience. Find out for yourself.
